procedimientos de anestesia regional, tanto en los niños como en

los adultos, es un buen testimonio de la eficacia y seguridad de

las técnicas regionales cuando se realizan correctamente. Lo más

probable es que estas técnicas continúen su expansión como téc-

nicas de referencia para el tratamiento del dolor secundario a

procedimientos diagnósticos, quirúrgicos y a traumatismos

siempre que los residentes en anestesiología reciban la formación

adecuada.
